Job Description

Minimum requirements:

Please note you must hold a minimum of CSCS Labourer’s card and have an understanding of asbestos awareness. Full UK Driving Licence is preferred. An immidiate start can be offered if candidates have these qualifications.

Hours: Full time – A degree of flexibility is essential, with some requirement for weekend work by any successful candidate, along side the occasional travel and overnight stay for some working sites.

UDCS Demolition are looking to expand our existing team with a Demolition Operative. An example of daily duties may include, but are not limited to;

– Brick Cleaning

– Manual soft stripping of redundant structures

– Separating and segregation of materials

Experience is not essential but would be beneficial. However, on the job training would be provided to the successful candidate. Candidates must have an appreciation that in order to progress and learn the skills needed there is an element of hard work and patience.

The right candidate would be provided with the opportunity to join our expanding team to develop their industry specific skills and will be provided with the ongoing opportunities to complete relevant qualifications inclusive of, but not limited to: IPAF; CPCS and Machinery specific operating certificates. We are looking for a candidate who is motivated and driven to succeed. In return, we will provide the right candidate with opportunities to progress up through the company.
