Job Description
Concentrix CVG Customer Management Group Inc. has multiple openings for the position of Data Analyst based out of its U.S. offices in Omaha, NE. The employee may also work at various unanticipated locations throughout the U.S. Travel and/or relocation to various unanticipated locations throughout the U.S. is required. Telecommuting may be permitted.
Responsibilities
The position of Data Analyst will be responsible for providing highly efficient solutions to complex and dynamic business needs. Utilize various tools to transform, organize and analyze data to extract meaningful information for maximum business growth and profitability. Collaborate with other Data Analysts and Engineers around data architecture and systems and support peers and stakeholders as a Subject Matter Expert in the client’s data. Deliver guidance and documentation to business stakeholders on metric definitions, business rules, query logic and sources for datasets being delivered.
Qualifications
The position of Data Analyst requires a Master’s degree in Computer Science, Economics, Engineering (any), or any technical/analytical field that is closely related to the specialty, plus knowledge of Linear Regression and Correlation, Hypothesis Testing, Time Series Data, and Game Theory.
