Job Qualifications:
- 3 years Data entry work experience
- Must have exceptional organizational and time management skills
- Strong self-management skills in order to meet deadlines and set priorities
- Ability to communicate effectively with customers and company personnel via telephone and email
- Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
Job Responsibilities:
- Data entry of all orders on a daily basis and review stock before committing to a ship date
- Run booking reports every morning and distribute to a list of designated team members via email
- Run specialized reports for management
- Review customer orders from the previous day for accuracy, research discrepancies, and resolve issues
- Complete change order notices on a daily basis and distribute to distribution and manufacturing personnel
- Complete order buyouts and issue purchase orders
- Collaborate with various departments and external customers to ensure customers are provided with
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $60,000.00 – $70,000.00 per year
