This full-time (Monday through Friday) from 8am to 5pm position is onsite at our corporate office in Barrington, IL.

What to Expect

  • Expect a team driven by a genuine passion to help those in need, delivering excellent customer service.
  • Help foster an atmosphere of growth and continuous improvement.
  • Facilitate communication between departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Review current processes to generate solutions to improve efficiencies within the department.
  • The ideal candidate will have the ability to solve complex, unstructured problems using conceptual thinking, approaching challenges with a creative mindset.
  • Carry out supervisory responsibilities including interviewing, training, and performance review process.

What You Will Contribute

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, or a minimum of 6 years’ experience in a high-volume call center with at least 4 years in a leadership role.
  • Proficiency in using ERP, and CRM systems. Business Central experience is a plus.
