We’re on the lookout for Customer Service Representatives within our Direct Banking contact centre! We are after individuals who genuinely care about having real, meaningful conversations with our customers; and want to grow their career with us!

Our Customer Service Specialists are the friendly voice our customers hear when they contact us on a broad range of everyday banking enquiries. You’ll leave a lasting impression on your customers by providing friendly, personal and efficient service.

Hours and Training

We have multiple Part Time positions available operating on the below shift:

Friday, Saturday, Monday and Tuesday, 6:00pm – 12:00am.

You must be based in Perth for this position. The start date will be Friday 27th January.

We offer an interactive and supportive training program that’ll ensure you make an immediate and lasting impression on our customers from day one. Training will be conducted virtually for 4 weeks, with further on-the-job training and support for an additional 9 weeks! We also offer an 18 month development program to upskill and develop your Customer Care capabilities.

Work from home with us

These positions have been designed so you can successfully perform your role in the comfort of your own home. All you need is a designated private work area and a fast and stable connection to the internet. You will also need to live in an area with adequate mobile coverage or have a home phone line installed – leave the rest to us!

Please note; you may be required to attend one of our locations from time to time if any technical support is required. On that basis we would prefer applicants to be based within an easy commutable distance from our business banking centre in Perth CBD.
