Coca-Cola is seeking candidates for 2 different positions, one as a customer service representative and one as a support specialist.Tasks as a support specialist:
- Provide internal support for inquiries from other departments
- Ensure that equipment such as coffee machines, vending machines, and soda dispensers are registered to the correct customer
- Register orders in systems such as SAP and Salesforce
- Handle invoices for equipment rental and service
Job duties as a customer service employee:
- Link between coffee customers in the labor market and wholesalers
- Handle customer inquiries by email and phone
- Process inquiries regarding orders, returns, complaints, contact data and invoices
- Register orders in systems such as SAP and Salesforce
- Outbound sales of coffee to existing customers
The working hours for the position will be Mon. — Fri. From 08:00 — 16:00. Start in both positions is continuous. As a support specialist you will have a contract until July 2025, and as a customer service employee you will have a contract until the end of the year. Your workplace will be in Lørenskog and there is physical attendance.We are looking for you as:
- Have experience in customer service or internal support from a previous job
- Is service-oriented and committed to finding good solutions for customers
- Able to stay focused in a hectic everyday life and is systematic and structured
- Thrives with telephone, email and PC as work tools
- Have good communication skills, both oral and written, in Norwegian and English
- Have good computer skills and preferably experience with SAP and Salesforce
