Masuda Funai is seeking qualified Customer Service representatives for our Work from Home Position!

Compensation:$18.00 – $28.00 per hour ($1 incentive per hour for perfect attendance & 40-hour week)

Responsibilities & Daily Duties:

  • Answer customer phone calls and provide them with the information that they request
  • Resolve customer complaints in a fair manner
  • Elevate customer concerns to managers and supervisors as needed
  • Become knowledgeable about our company’s offerings
  • Provide exceptional customer support in every phone call

Qualifications:

  • Must live in USA
  • Must have clean criminal background
  • 2 years of Call Center or Customer Service experience
  • Must have High School Diploma or equivalent
