We’re on the lookout for a Customer Services Representative to join our client based in Melton Mowbray on a full time and permanent basis

About the role:

Serving customers as part of the team on the front desk, dealing with customers face to face or over the telephone ensuring that they are treated as priority. Answering questions, suggestion information about the products and services. Process orders, prepare correspondence and fulfil customers’ expectations.

Key responsibilities

  • Meeting and greeting customers
  • Helping customers with product information and suitability
  • Sell products and place orders
  • Actively listen whilst handling calls
  • Taking payment details and other pertinent information
  • Confident using computer programmes
  • Abiding to company policies, procedures and health and safety at all times
  • Work with Office Manager to ensure proper customer service is being delivered
  • Compile reports on customers experience
