Tasks

After mastering the basic skills in working with various materials, you’ll spend your day in our large workshops. You’ll support production in the manufacture of high-tech facades and building equipment. Your craftsmanship is in demand when we manufacture specialty doors and gates, for example. You’ll become familiar with the use of various machines and, at the same time, deepen your understanding of shapes and dimensions. You’ll understand technical drawings and implement them conscientiously and with an eye for detail.

Qualifications

You admire metal constructions of all kinds and are skilled in handicrafts—a doer! You’re interested in technical aspects and want to understand how things work. Your good spatial awareness enables you to work thoroughly and proactively. Understanding the functions of different tools isn’t difficult for you! You enjoy looking at what you’ve accomplished. At school, you enjoy subjects like math and crafts/technology, as well as working with numbers.
