Koti Syke, located in Laukaa, offers enhanced 24-hour residential service for 19 people with mental health conditions. Koti Syke is located in a beautiful setting behind a birch grove and less than a kilometer from the center of Laukaa. The property is modern and offers excellent facilities for a comfortable and functional everyday life. The company joined Esper in September 2024.

Your working day as a home nurse with us

As a community nurse, your job description includes responsible and diverse nursing and customer service work, with the main focus on assisting residents with daily activities according to their needs. Your workday consists of nursing and supervision of residents, planning and participating in the overall care of residents, and activity activities. If you have completed your medication treatment licenses, your work duties may also include implementing medication treatment for residents.

We are looking for two local nurses for summer work from June 1 to August 31, 2025 or by agreement. Work 2 or 3 shifts. 

The task requires

• nursing training or final studies
• vaccination protection in accordance with the Communicable Diseases Act and at least functional basic language skills in Finnish (B1 level)
• We consider valid medical licenses and a completed hygiene passport as an advantage, as well as previous experience in mental health and substance abuse work or orientation to the relevant field of expertise.

The person selected for the position must present a criminal record extract in accordance with the Criminal Records Act if the employment relationship lasts more than 3 months.

Please note that we can only hire a person who meets the above requirements for the position. 

Pay

We follow the private collective agreement for social services in our remuneration. The position-specific base salary for a community nurse is €2,363.76-2,556.20/month (G20C), depending on experience bonus. Students’ salary is grade -6% incompetence discount.
