We are Hiring a Clinical Nurse Manager 1 for our Hospital client in Dublin.

Responsibilities

  • The role entails directing and coordinating the daily operations of patient care within the unit.
  • Conducting thorough analyses of workloads and skill requirements is essential to effectively meet the needs of patients’ care.
  • Evaluate the competencies of staff members and assign patient care responsibilities accordingly.
  • Assists with patient care as needed.​

Requirements

  • Be registered in the general division of the register of nurses maintained by NMBI.
  • Have 3-5 years of post-registration experience in an acute environment.
  • Have a recognised qualification or experience within the speciality
  • Have a minimum of 1 year managerial experience

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: €46,042.88-€66,093.41 per year
