If so this could be the role for you.We are looking for a Clinical deputy manager for our CQC rated outstanding care home Knights Grove in Southampton.At Knights Grove you will feel welcomed and valued due it’s family feel environment. They have some great incentives for staff including Pay Day fun day, Also appreciation week & little treats along the way.As a clinical Deputy Manager you will lead a fantastic team to provide excellent care for our residents. Y ou’ll provide day to day support and guidance to our team of nurses – promoting our residents’ independence, choice and dignity.Creating and developing strong relationships with local partners – you’ll liaise with these partners, playing an important role in raising the care home’s profile in the local area and beyond. We also have a great deputy manager support network for Peers , where you can call on each other’s expertise and knowledge.We are looking for a registered nurse with valid NMC pin, and experience of working in a clinical setting which is essential, With a real understanding of the benefits that the right nursing care can bring to resident’s lives, you’ll champion independence, choice and dignity by delivering the highest quality care to our residents. You’ll possess up-to-date nursing knowledge of tissue viability, infection control and care planning. You will be an effective communicator, and will be able to build strong and honest relationships with residents and their families.This is a full time role working 42 hours per week including on call on a rota basis. this is predominantly working Monday- Friday with some night or weekend visits, therefore flexibility is required.The Added Benefits Of Bupa
