Our community of Löwenberger Land consists of 17 districts, is located north of the capital in Brandenburg and is surrounded by numerous lakes and forests. Thanks to the good connections to Berlin, Oranienburg, Hennigsdorf and Neuruppin, we have experienced a lot of immigration in recent years and it is important to further develop our infrastructure and adapt it to the needs of a modern community. 200 employees look after the well-being of our 9,200 residents in a wide range of service areas.
We are looking for a full-time clerk (m/f/d) / optionally with election management in the General Administration department as soon as possible.
Your exciting areas of responsibility include:
- Drafting and amending statutes, regulations and service instructions
- Meeting service for the meetings of the municipal representatives and local councils of the municipality of Löwenberger Land and for the committees
- allocation of appropriate expense allowances and attendance fees
- Enforcement of the legal provisions of the municipal constitution of the state of Brandenburg
- Creation and development of printed materials and resolution templates
- Coordination, preparation and publication of official announcements
- Application management of associations and local councils (e.g. grants for cultural purposes)
- Funding management in the areas of culture and social affairs (e.g. Pact for Care)
Optional:
- Depending on the personal requirements, the function of election management (including administrative work) can be transferred to higher-level activities
You bring with you:
- successfully completed vocational training as an administrative assistant (m/f/d) or successfully completed administrative training course I
or
- Alternatively, you are six months away from obtaining one of the above qualifications or have task-related professional experience
- Willingness to participate in evening meetings / events
- very good knowledge of the German language, both written and spoken
- systematic and independent working style, ability to work in a team, flexibility
- confident and polite communication and cooperation skills, high resilience
- confident, assertive and authoritative demeanor
- sound knowledge of MS Office
- driving license class B
