Job Description
Position – Case Worker
Employment type – Permanent
Location – Caerphilly County, Wales
Salary – £18,704.00 P.A + approximately £3000 P.A (sleeping Nights) and unsocial enhancement
Hours – 33 hours per week – days and sleeping nights.

About the role –
You will be working alongside people to aid in their recovery journey after experiencing mental health challenges and trauma. Provide emotional, social, and practical support focused on recovery. Keep accurate notes of all support in line with funding requirements, and ensure IT systems are used effectively in line with company procedures.
Qualifications and Experience required –
Full current driving license with access to own vehicle
Ability to role model behaviors of integrity and dignity
Experience supporting people regain independent living skills.
