If you possess these traits, we would love to talk to you! Once hired, you will attend an 8-hour training session and be paired with an entry-level case to start.
Track 2: CNA-Qualified Caregiver
Certified Nursing Assistants, or CNAs, who have experience working in hospitals and nursing homes have a lot of potential when switching to a home care agency. Instead of working with a number of patients, you will work one-on-one with a client to help them with their needs. These cases allow you to build a relationship with the care recipient as they will see you as a companion.
Assisting Hands Home Care offers a variety of cases and flexible hours for CNA-qualified caregivers in Mount Prospect, Wheeling, Arlington Heights, Prospect Heights, and Des Plaines, IL. After being hired and passing the training session, CNAs will assist clients with Activities of Daily Living, including bathing, eating, transfer assistance, continence care, and dressing.
We are looking for caregivers with the following skill sets:
- Hospice Care Experience
- Alzheimer’s and Dementia Care Training/Experience
- Parkinson’s Care Experience
