Hall Grange Care Home are currently recruiting Night Shfit Care Assistants.

Job Type: Permanent | Basis: Permanent | 44 Hours per Week.

About the Role

In your role as a Care Assistant at MHA, your primary responsibility will be to deliver exceptional care to our residents, ensuring that they can enjoy a fulfilling later life. Your duties will encompass a diverse range of tasks, including assisting residents with personal care requirements and facilitating their participation in various activities that promote their overall well-being. With each passing day, you will encounter unique challenges, providing you with the chance to utilize your interpersonal abilities to truly make a positive impact.

About You

The significance of possessing the right values, attitude, and behaviours outweighs the importance of one’s previous career background. While having prior experience in caregiving is desirable, it is not a necessity. We are committed to providing all the necessary training and support to help you succeed in this role. No qualifications are required to start as a Care Assistant.

In addition to being kind, warm, and caring, you should be able to collaborate effectively within a team while also demonstrating initiative. Patience, communication skills, and active listening are equally crucial. Hall Grange – Residential Care Home

Hall Grange, nestled in picturesque surroundings and conveniently positioned a mere three miles east of Croydon town centre in Shirley, provides exceptional residential and dementia care for a maximum of 86 elderly individuals. Renowned for our outstanding local standing, we actively engage relatives and volunteers in various activities and events, valuing their input and personal interests when making decisions.

Our commitment to fostering a sense of community extends beyond our premises, as we organize daily activities that involve the wider community, including baby and toddler group sessions that serve as a source of stimulation for residents living with dementia. Moreover, our residents have the privilege of enjoying exclusive access to MHA The Wilderness, an enchanting garden and nature reserve that has been lovingly restored and transformed.
