Responsiblities include
- Provide assistance with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and toileting.
- Assist residents with mobility and transfers, ensuring their safety and comfort at all times.
- Support residents with medication administration as directed by healthcare professionals.
- Engage residents in meaningful activities and social interactions to promote mental and emotional well-being.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in resident living areas and communal spaces.
- Communicate effectively with residents, families, and fellow staff members to ensure coordinated care and a positive atmosphere.
Skills / Qualifications:
- NVQ Level 2 or equivalent is desirable or a willingness to complete the care certificate within 6 months.
