About the role

As an Account Manager at CSG Composites, you will be responsible for managing and growing key client relationships within the regional New South Wales and, as the role progresses, Victoria & Queensland. You will be look after our agricultural customers for our Silostore (Silos) division. This is a full-time position based in Parkes, NSW, with the opportunity to work flexibly as needed.

What you’ll be doing

  • Proactively build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to identify new sales opportunities
  • Develop and execute tailored account plans to maximise revenue and profitability
  • Understand client needs and pain points, and provide consultative solutions to address them
  • Collaborate with the wider sales and operations teams to deliver exceptional customer service
  • Achieve or exceed individual and team sales targets
  • Contribute to the development of the company’s sales and marketing strategies
  • Attending field days and similar events to promote our products

What we’re looking for

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in an account management or sales role, preferably within the agricultural market.
  • Strong relationship-building skills and the ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to tailor your approach to different audiences
  • Demonstrated success in identifying and capitalising on new sales opportunities
  • Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) systems and sales reporting
  • A proactive, customer-focused mindset and the drive to consistently deliver exceptional results
