About the Company:
Primarily, Fletcher’s is a meat processing facility (abattoir).
Our business is vertically integrated across the supply chain. This means we feedlot lambs for processing, grow grains and other proteins for fodder and commercial supply, process the animal for meat, wool, hide and other by-products.
Jobs and Tasks
We are looking for people to fill multiple labouring roles (such as packing meat and trimming fat, processing co-products such as wool and hides) and also more experienced roles such as boning, slicing and hide removal).

Wages and Pay:
Wages are processed weekly, starting hourly base rate for;
• learner (unskilled) from $25 per hour
• level 1 $29 per hour
• level 2 $31 per hour
Casual workers are eligible for 25% loading (for example, $25.00 base rate + 25% = $31.25 per hour)
Workers are eligible for bonuses and overtime.
You will have opportunities to gain new skills and progress up pay levels in your department as you learn new tasks.
