The Vision of BLC and Pre-BLC Event
Fasthire organises Business Leaders Conclave with the vision of creating a network of collaboration among businesses and their leaders, fostering growth, innovation, and development. Leading up to the main event, an online session was hosted by Richard Okiasi (the convener) and featured guest speaker Ajah Excel (the Convener of SMFEST), who discussed “Winning the Digital Game: Branding Strategies for Business Success.” This pre-BLC conversation, held on Sunday, February 2, 2025, served as a valuable introduction to the insights shared on Saturday, February 8, 2025. Richard Okiasi, the convener of the Business Leaders Conclave and Team Leader at Fasthire, announced that this will not be a one-time event, as they plan to hold the conclave annually in the coming years.
The conclave targeted business owners with registered businesses with the Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC), and over 170 persons registered. On the main day of the conference, more than 100 attendees gathered, including business leaders, speakers, friends, and supporters.

Opportunities for Businesses
Additionally, it was a dream come true for four business owners who had the opportunity to pitch their businesses. There was also a designated time for attendees to mingle, network, and present their businesses to attract potential buyers or clients. This engaging activity extended beyond the hall and allowed many business owners to forge strong professional relationships with one another.
Testimonials from Attendees
The event also attracted attendees from other parts of the country including Lagos, Delta, and Owerri.
